Refund Policy (Egypt)

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Egypt.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation.

Refunds are not applicable on:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products (for safety reasons).

  • Customized or special-order items.


2. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (there may be a delay in processing).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [01097293147].


5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to our warehouse or contact our customer service to schedule a pickup.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
