Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt, and remote areas.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on orders above 5000 EGP.

  • Orders below this amount are subject to a flat delivery fee of [insert amount] EGP.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Egypt. Please ensure you have the exact amount available upon delivery.
In some cases, a small COD handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link or message with the courier’s name and tracking number to follow your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, your order may be returned to us.
Please ensure that your address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving it.
We may request photos or videos of the issue for verification.
